Inventory workforce decisions involving AI
Record every material use case, the decision it informs, affected worker or candidate population, data used, vendor or internal owner, and whether a person can review or override the result.
Document data and evaluation evidence
Identify training and operating data, population relevance, missing-data treatment, evaluation methods, known limitations, and evidence of performance across materially affected groups.
Define human review and recourse
Specify who reviews consequential results, what information the reviewer receives, how an affected person can raise an error, and how corrections propagate through connected systems.
Monitor changes and outcomes
Reassess when models, data, job families, geographies, decision thresholds, vendors, or workflows change. Track both operating performance and material workforce outcomes.
